- 1/3 cup Organic Coconut Milk (canned, full fat)
- 2/3 cup Water
- 3 tbsps Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Chai Tea (loose)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (unflavoured works too!)
- 1/2 Fresh Or Frozen Avocado
