  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 3 tbsps Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Chai Tea (loose)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder (unflavoured works too!)
  • 1/2 Fresh Or Frozen Avocado
