Understanding and appreciating the ‘uniqueness’ and individuality of our members/clients is our top priority. More so, we are grateful for the growth, support and loyalty of our Towne Fitness gym community. They are the true essence of the phrase ‘fitness family’!

NEW MEMBERSHIPS & MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS are welcome and available by appointment. You owe it to yourself to drop by in person for a tour and to discuss the best membership options for you and/or your family. PERSONAL TRAINING – We have an experienced team of Personal Trainers and Coaches available to meet your needs. With a variation of specialties and years of floor time, you can be confident knowing you are getting the expertise and support you deserve.

FITNESS CLASSES – Class descriptions and schedule available here.  Please sign up for classes (including Yoga) using the Pick Time App. A membership at Towne Fitness allows you unlimited access to the classes.

THE OWNERS

Jeff and Hannah Sine have always lived active lives, and fitness has been at the heart of their journey together.

Their story began 35 years ago in Cairns, Australia, where a shared love for scuba diving and the wonder of the Great Barrier Reef first brought them together.

Over the years, their passion for health and movement grew, and in 2012 they opened Towne Fitness, a welcoming space designed for all levels of fitness. More than just a gym, it has become a hub for connection, growth, and community.

Those who know Jeff and Hannah see the dedication they bring to everything they do. From creating programs that support local runners to hosting events, workshops, and seminars, they’ve consistently invested in the health of their community. Hannah has also brought her love for Pilates to life with Project Pilates (2023) and the Pilates Summer Garden Series (2024, 2025) an initiative that raised funds for the Headwaters Health Care Foundation.
