SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our group classes are led by certified trainers. Ech is there to
ensure you achieve maximum benefit from your workout. We encourage all
our Towne Fitness members to participate in the classes. Technique and
form are essential elements and our trainers will ensure you navigate
the class safely and effectively. The current class schedule includes;
TRX Suspension Training, a variety of  Bootcamps and Mat Pilates.
Our weekly schedule is posted on-line and allows a class for any busy
schedule.  ALL CLASSES ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP.

BOOTCAMP with Hannah

Hannah Sine, Personal Trainer

If you are looking for ‘attention-to-detail’, Hannah’s Bootcamp workout will not disappoint. With particular focus on movement, breath, form and function you will complete each session at your pace and leave feeling strong and confident. Hannah makes every workout YOUR workout, offering modifications and adjustments to suit your specific needs. She will (no doubt) challenge you and at times you may question your own strength and ability however, under her watchful eye you are guaranteed a well rounded, safe and fun workout that will compliment your fitness journey.

TRX – SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension training provides muscular and cardiovascular benefits that have a tremendous impact on an individual’s overall fitness. Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing toward a goal, TRX Suspension Training will help you move better and feel better. ALL LEVELS, ALL GOALS literally means for ALL OF YOU: Beginners, Pro Athletes, Runners, Yogis, Cyclists, Cross-Trainers and more. TRX Suspension Training is based on seven basic movements; push, pull, plank, rotate, hinge, lunge and squat and putting them all together in a 35 Minute workout is sure to get results. This is an extremely versatile piece of equipment and will definitely add a new dimension to your workout.

MAT PILATES with Hannah

Owner and Personal Trainer, Hannah Sine leads our Mat Pilates Classes.

Utilizing the six essential elements of Pilates; breath, concentration, precision, flow, centering and control this workout will allow you to improve your overall flexibility, build strength, and develop control and endurance.

NOTE: Pilates mats and additional equipment provided. We recommend that you wear socks with sole grips as this is a NO SHOES class. ALL levels of fitness welcome!

BACK MECHANICS
