BOOTCAMP with Hannah

If you are looking for ‘attention-to-detail’, Hannah’s Bootcamp workout will not disappoint. With particular focus on movement, breath, form and function you will complete each session at your pace and leave feeling strong and confident. Hannah makes every workout YOUR workout, offering modifications and adjustments to suit your specific needs. She will (no doubt) challenge you and at times you may question your own strength and ability however, under her watchful eye you are guaranteed a well rounded, safe and fun workout that will compliment your fitness journey.

TRX – SUSPENSION TRAINING

Suspension training provides muscular and cardiovascular benefits that have a tremendous impact on an individual’s overall fitness. Whether beginning a fitness journey or pushing toward a goal, TRX Suspension Training will help you move better and feel better. ALL LEVELS, ALL GOALS literally means for ALL OF YOU: Beginners, Pro Athletes, Runners, Yogis, Cyclists, Cross-Trainers and more. TRX Suspension Training is based on seven basic movements; push, pull, plank, rotate, hinge, lunge and squat and putting them all together in a 35 Minute workout is sure to get results. This is an extremely versatile piece of equipment and will definitely add a new dimension to your workout.

MAT PILATES with Hannah
This 45-minute workout utilizes the six essential elements of Pilates—breath, concentration, precision, flow, centering, and control—to help you improve flexibility, build strength, and develop better control and endurance. As you progress, you will notice significant improvements in your breathing, balance, and overall body awareness.
Please note the following details:
  • Equipment: Pilates mats and all necessary equipment are provided.
  • Footwear: This is a no-shoes class; we recommend wearing socks with sole grips.
  • Fitness Level: All levels are welcome.

Back Mechanics is a 30 minute workout that helps strengthen your back (and core) and allow you to live a life FREE of low back pain. If performing a series of simple exercises (correctly) daily, is the difference between a good day and a great day then this is the class for you. A back pain sufferer himself, with years spent looking for answers led Jeff to complete the McGill Back Fit Pro Courses, Levels 1, 2 and 3. Chronic low back pain cases are unique, complex, multifaceted, and require time and care to properly assess and treat. No matter the severity of your symptoms, back pain is no fun and no one should have to endure pain on a daily basis. Join Jeff and reap the rewards of the McGill Method.

YOGA FIT with Bailey Parkes

What is Yoga Fit? It is movement with breath and intention all carefully narrated into a 35 minute mindful movement class!
? 10 Minute dynamic warm up (we’re moving to prep the muscles and joints for exercise.
? 20 Minute Flex and Flow (move through various yoga poses and transitions with the option to add weight. This is circuit styled and repeated twice (arms, legs and core).
? 5 minute cool down (some delicious stretches and poses to close out the class.

SCULPT & TONE with Kat Chiarot

This shorter version of Kat’s Saturday One Hour Bootcamp is a great midweek complement to your workout. Buckle up! This class may be shorter in time but it packs a punch so get ready to move, sweat, lift and smile!
