05 Sep Summertime Hiatus
It is natural for our routines to change over the summer months with vacations, kids at home, increased out door activity and great weather. Exercise routines at the gym may slip, but what needs to be encouraged is not to let it slide too long.
Look upon September as the fitness ‘New Year’! Don’t wait for the snow to fly or worse; the actual New Year. Too often, by then, people have undone their gains from earlier in the year and the Fall routines have now made it difficult to schedule additional activity.
So, make it priority to get started! Remember, health is a top priority and sets a positive precedent for others.
