Today is the first Monday of 2021! I wonder what that means for you? What does that mean for your New Year’s Resolution? Do you make New Year’s resolutions? Have you been successful in the past? I want to challenge you to make a specific resolution/goal and make it happen. I believe a big mistake we make, is to start off with a goal that is BIG and undefined- this leads to a spiral downfall, where we end up quitting by the time February rolls around. So, if your goal is to be healthier- what does that look like for you? How will your life look like when you achieve this? What will change? How will you feel? The more specific you can be with your goals, the easier it will be to understand the steps you need to take and easier to understand your desired outcomes.
